When is the referral fee due?
Master Referral Policy page 3, section I.10 says the broker must tender the agreed fee at closing. Sirva may take the fee from the gross funds due to the broker at closing; if the deduction is missed, the broker remains liable.
Read the official payment termsHow the referral program works
- 01
Ask Sirva about broker network opportunities and coordinate with your relocation director.
- 02
Complete the preferred-broker review and required agent training if accepted.
- 03
Serve assigned buyers or sellers while meeting the relocation program's reporting and service requirements.
Fees and payment terms
Agreed broker referral fee payable at closing. No universal percentage is established by the quoted policy provision; confirm the current assignment agreement. The public Master Referral Policy is undated; confirm that the current signed assignment agreement uses the same payment terms.
Upfront and other costs
Upfront or annual partner charges are not established in the reviewed public sources.
Use the current written agreement to confirm the fee base, when payment is due, and which future transactions are covered.
Who this program is for
Published criteria include three years of full-time sales, two years handling corporate relocations, 20 recent closings including six corporate referrals, and relocation training; smaller-market criteria can vary.
May be a good fit for
Established relocation agents and brokerages with a dedicated corporate services operation.
One detail to pay attention to
General supplier registration isn't the same as acceptance into the Preferred Broker Network. Ask specifically about real estate broker participation and annual requirements.
