When is the referral fee due?
The agreement defines Completed Transaction as the closing of a real estate transaction and the Referral Fee as resulting from it. An accepted referral that closes within two years triggers the fee, which is paid directly from escrow; payment more than ten days after closing incurs an additional late fee.

Fees and payment terms
Referral percentage is specified for each referral before acceptance. Both a referred client’s purchase and sale can incur the agreed fee. A late fee applies if payment is not received within ten days of close.
Upfront and other costs
No separate enrollment charge is stated in the reviewed referral agreement; confirm any separately offered products before signing.
Use the current written agreement to confirm the fee base, when payment is due, and which future transactions are covered.
