When is the referral fee due?
ARC defines its broker referral fee as paid by the broker upon completion of the transaction, and says its own real estate rebate program receives that broker-to-broker fee and shares a portion with the consumer. The live rebate page also describes rewards funded by the agent's earned commission after closing.

- 01
Apply for ARC’s participating brokerage network and ask about Realtor Rebate referrals in your market.
- 02
Agree to the referral terms, then help the assigned buyer or seller complete their transaction.
- 03
At closing, pay the agreed broker referral fee. ARC uses part of that fee to fund the customer’s eligible rebate.
