Real estate is about relationships. That's our core and it should be yours too.
Pathfinder isn't a course you watch alone. It's a live schedule of coaching, prospecting, AI workshops, and accountability you can plug into every single week.
Members don't just feel busier - they get clearer, more consistent, and more booked. Here's what the weekly reps tend to add up to.
Members put the prospecting and scripts to work and book more listing appointments. One member doubled hers in a single quarter.
Weekly live prospecting builds the habit, so your pipeline stays full in slow months, not just busy ones.
Members say they leave every session with one concrete thing to implement - not theory, not someday, this week.
Beyond the numbers, members report feeling clear and confident about where they're headed - and that shows up in the work.
We bring in guest agents and some of our very own members and we all get to learn how they have achieved success.
A few times a year we have challenges that allow our members to level up by participating in daily calls and following a specific process to create more business opportunities. They are fun and powerful.
Every Tuesday, Tristan Ahumada runs a live group coaching call where you bring your real challenges and leave with a plan. It's the anchor of the program - strategy, market shifts, mindset, and direct answers to whatever is actually slowing you down. Come with a question; leave with a next step you can run that week.
Every Thursday, Tristan and Mark Rader run a one-hour live prospecting session - and this is where the pipeline gets built. You make calls in real time with the group, push through the hesitation that kills most agents, and leave with momentum and real wins on the board. Listen in or dial alongside the group.
Every Wednesday, Mark Rader runs a live scripting and dialogue session focused on the conversations that make or break a deal. You'll practice the language for lead calls, objections, and listing presentations until it feels natural - not robotic.
Motivation fades; systems don't. The Weekly Real Estate Huddle is a 15-minute morning meetup where members share wins, goals, and roadblocks and get real feedback. There's a separate weekly accountability check-in too. When you've told the room what you're doing this week, you actually do it - that's the whole point.
The AI Workshops are part of Pathfinder - no extra membership needed. Open your laptop and build real AI workflows alongside Tristan and the ABT instructors: content systems, listing presentations, lead gen, and follow-up. Every session is recorded, so you can catch the replay anytime. Keep evolving as an agent, team, or brokerage.
On the last Thursday of each month, Tristan and ABT coach Matt Witte run What Works - a hot-seat session breaking down the trends, strategies, and fresh ideas actually moving the needle right now. Add the monthly white paper and the private ABT community, and you're never guessing what to focus on next.

Before Pathfinder I felt like I was spinning my wheels - doing the work but not growing. The weekly calls gave me a system, accountability, and a community. I've doubled my listing appointments this quarter.
