With 8 years in real estate and over 450 homes closed, April’s career has always been rooted in a love for teaching, accountability, and goal-crushing. She wakes up each day motivated by one mission: helping agents become the best versions of themselves — and doing the same for herself along the way.

Her journey began with a simple but powerful foundation: educating every client on the real estate process and empowering them to make savvy, informed decisions. That commitment quickly earned me the trust of my community, 52 closings in her first year, and the title of Rookie of the Year.

As her business grew, so did her passion for mentorship. Becoming the go-to resource for fellow agents — a trusted ear, guide, and collaborator. In her fourth year, she co-founded The Copper Group, a team built on mentorship, accountability, and structure. Today, it’s a thriving collective of 32 agents and 3 support staff, united by shared goals and relentless progress.

While she leads with strategy and systems, she thrives on creativity — from Canva content and branding to business templates and streamlined operations. But above all, specializing in helping new and seasoned agents lay the right foundation, map out their goals, and take real, trackable steps toward success.
